YOU GIVE THEM 8 hours a day,

5 days a week.  YEAR AFTER YEAR.

For that, you can of course expect a paycheck

but you can also demand respect.

So even one second of discrimination,

or just one bigoted comment, is one too many.

x  Leave of Absence Protection

I’ve experienced workplace discrimination myself, so I know how suffocating the emotions can be: shock, anger, frustration, disappointment, stress, anxiety—all rolled into one.  It’s overwhelming.  And if you were wrongfully terminated, then the sudden financial impact of losing your job just compounds the pain.

When you think about it, we spend most of our waking hours at work.  And whether we realize it or not, many of us spend more time at work than we do at home with our friends and families.  If that's the case, then being treated with disrespect and a lack of dignity at work—simply because of who you are—is intolerable.  So don't tolerate it.

If you have an employment matter for which you need counsel, please contact me and let’s talk about how to make it right.

I know discrimination when i see it.
